Born in Mexico and raised in Orlando, Florida, Britney Ortiz is a first-generation Latina with a passion for storytelling and community empowerment. Her journey into marketing began at the University of Central Florida, where she earned her degree in Business Marketing and recognized a gap in how multicultural entrepreneurs were being represented online. In 2025, she launched Monarca Marketing to help small business owners build meaningful, authentic digital presences rooted in culture and connection.
